What is a Frequency & Clarity Coach?
I help sensitive souls tune into their inner wisdom and step into their power. We work with energy, mindset, and somatic practices to clear blockages and align you with your highest path.
What can I expect in a session?
Each session is tailored to you, but typically includes check-in, energy clearing or somatic work, mindset coaching, and actionable next steps. You’ll leave with clarity and practical tools.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
All sessions are currently held virtually via secure video call. This allows me to serve clients everywhere and creates a comfortable space for deep work from your own home.
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the session rate. No-shows are charged in full.
Do you offer package deals?
Yes! I offer 3-session and 6-session packages at a discounted rate. Transformation takes time, and packages help you commit to the journey. Contact me for details.
How do I prepare for my first session?
After booking, you’ll receive an intake form and a preparation guide. Find a quiet, private space for your session, have water nearby, and come with an open mind and heart.
